Quesions about nerves

Hey guys and gals,
I need to add to my many questions. Just so you know my doctors are leaning towards MS or Lyme as a diagnosis, I have two appointment with 2 different doctors about Lyme in Jan and March so it's going to be a lil while before I know what's wrong.
Can your nerve pop and crack? I keep having an extremely painful popping feeling and it feels like a nerve is actually breaking or popping inside my leg. It's very specific pain and it doesn't feel like a muscle or anything like that. Feels like something small and thin that pops. Anyone know what I'm experiencing?

I've had a popping/cracking feeling in my head before - It's almost as though I can hear it (and it's loud!) but that may just be my interpretation since it's in my head. I wonder if it is a similar phenomenon. Startles the heck out of me when it happens. Fortunately there is no pain with it.

yes it's hurts really bad...for instance when it's acting up my something in my toe will pop with every step, it doesn't feel like my joint it's along side of my toe and it's a line of pain that's what made me think it could be a nerve.

Hi Melo - that popping and sometimes grinding sounds familiar to me in regards to lyme, or arthritis,  - but it does not sound like nerves to me, but I'm not doctor.

Does it hurt? Super strange.

I wish I could help but that's not something I've ever experienced or heard about. Must be a strange sensation!
