I'm not sure if SS gets excited about anything except when you try to stop using their drug (ask alex!)
I have been using autoject for years and have had new injectors provided on a regular basis.I agree Lu that this seems like a faulty injector. But, they sent me another with a back up. Sameletterrs, I still think it is a faulty injector. Now they have sent me a "back up" (different letters on this one. Mary, the syringes break at the "lip". SS does not want anything back, just letters/numbers. I have never had this happen until the last 2 mos. SS does not seem too "excited" about it! Thank you all for your thoughts.

Be sure to ask them for a new autoinjector. I jst got one for a travel kit and it is so much smoother than my other one, I was surprised. I would think you have a faulty injector and not bad syringes.
Either way, SS should review this problem and fix it. I know you have been at this for a while, so inexperience is not the answer.
Lu
The syringes are supposed to last through several hundred injections I believe. How are they breaking for you? Cracking? Won't inject the medicine? Does Shared Solutions ask you to send the broken ones back to them so they can see what's going on? I'm finishing up my fourth month on Copaxone. I've used the autoinjector for about three months and have had no problems.

Hi and welcome!
I lost three full syringes in the first two weeks of beginning tx. I am not exactly sure what happened but in retrospect, I tend to think I was rushing through the process.
It's such a "simple" proceedure, I could not understand what I was doing wrong. Nevertheless, I
re-reviewed the material which was provided to me, and after slowing down, I have had no problems in approximately 6-7 weeks.

I was shocked to hear this too. What a fluke, or is it. Let's see if anyone else has had this happen.
Wow, I've never heard of this. I wonder if it's something you're doing with the autoject?
