I HAVE GREAT NEWS

Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and information.  I am happy to report the 2nd opinion is he does not have ALS.   He has arthritis in his neck and will at some time probably need an operation but he does NOT have signs of any neuron disease.  The 2nd doctor, who is a specialist in the field of ALS and works in a Neuroscience clinic, said she doesn't know what the 1st doctor saw but she did not see any signs at all.  We are so relieved it is hard to put into words.   I plan on sending this egotistical 1st doctor a letter letting him know how he jumped the gun and put us through hell.  I would not wish that on my worst enemy.  This site was such a comfort to me and I will never forget all of the warm feelings and prayers I felt.  I would recommend it to anyone.  You are all so kind  Thanks to all of you.   God bless.

Please keep us in mind if you ever need us - we'll be here.

My best,

Hi Laney,

Whew! Yay! It's not ALS!

This is wonderful news!

The lows and highs of this must of been so horrifying to live through.

I hope this new Dr. keeps your husband in good care.  You are more than welcome here anytime, for anything, and I'm so glad you found comfort here from us.

I hope you stay in touch and let us know how he is doing and what this new Drs plan is.

Thank you so much Laney55, for coming our way.

Take care, and see you around.
