Nuero will not fill out a request for medical marijuana. I called a SSDI lawyer and he said that the feds won't mess with the issue if the state allows it. But....he didn't sound like he knew for 100%

Does anyone know the best strain of Marijuana for the purpose of easing pain in MS?
Hmm... no answers here, but I'm interested in what ya'll find out.
Oregon has had the same marijuana laws; with certifications, medical cards, and so on.
I know a certified grower (and medicinal user) that has recently applied for SSD, and was turned down. Now I'm wondering if there was a connection. I know she grows for disabled people, but I'm not sure of their SSD status.
She was able to get off of all narcotic pain-killers because of her plants and the tinctures and other products she's made from them. She's had chronic pain for years.
You raise an interesting question, as MJ is still federally illegal in the entire country. Small "pharmacy" growing operations are usually ignored, but I hadn't thought about having a medical marijuana card as a reason for being turned down for SSD, or having it taken away.
Anyone have more direct knowledge? I'll ask this grower when I talk to her next what she knows about SSD and MJ.
