Mouth and finger numbness

The left side of my mouth and some fingers on my left hand keep going numb on and off.  What would cause this?

There is a lengthy list at this point.  The most typical cause is a vitamin or mineral deficiency ... b12. D, magnesium. Imbalanced vitamins and minerals can cause all sorts of weird symptoms, and very few people's diets are good enough these days to get everything they need from food.

Thyroid issues, blood sugar levels ...also could be culprits.  And of course the old standby we don't like to hear -- anxiety.  But Anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as this.

Your best bet is to go to your go/pcp and get some blood work done at this point.

Best wishes :).
