Multiple Sclorosis query

Thought id join this community as it very helpful to share and help each other. I'm a 34 year old male and I have suffered so badly which sounds like i may have either MS or possibly cramp fasciculation syndrome but awaiting diagnosis. I have problems every day where the slightest bit of exercise even walking or sometimes standing can make me suffer with extreme muscle fatigue in my legs which trigger cramp. I also have muscle twitching, throbbing and a dull ache. sometime i have trouble standing. Its so frustrating as I'm trying my best at work and its now cost me 5 jobs as i cannot go on due to pain and the possibility of severely injury myself. I'm not about to lose another job as i have to keep calling in sick due to huge pains and severe cramps. I have now lost wages and now behind financially and cannot get a job where I'm on my feet. I have to look for admin work where i can rest while working. I have been to many doctors who don't know what the issue is and just give me meds to try which don't work. I have been to see physio, rheumatologist who now has referred me to a neurologist. I have had an EMG nerve conduction test and a MRI scan on my Brain and spine to see if they can find what the issue is but awaiting my results. Its completely ruined my life and constantly depressed as now cannot get a job. Please can i ask if anyone else has suffered from this ?
Any help would be amazing as im a constant wreck and it would be really appreciated.

I wonder if your answer will lie in the EMG results, because it does sound a lot like like cramp fasciculation syndrome, doesn't it?  Especially with the twitching and exercise intolerance.  (I'm not a doctor, but did look into this because I've had fasciculations as well).  There seems to be treatment options for that, which would be positive.

Have you had a full blood work panel, including levels of vitamins and minerals?

Keep us posted when you get your mri and EMG results back, britmatt!

I am very sorry for all your issues. I sure hope the neurologist can diagnose you. It must be very frustrating.
