Neuro dismissed Migraine theory!!!!

It's almost like a dream come true at this point.  Migraine is out....Whhhhhhhhhhhoooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I just wanted to dance on the chair and chant "I told you so! I told you so""

In actuality though, I like this neuro.  He seems to be using deductive reasoning and has ordered an EMG. It will be a while before I actually can get it, but that's OK. He also gave me the prescript for the Restless leg and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder that I have a concrete dx of now. I picked it up this morning.

So, anyway, the journey is on and I like my doctor. Thick Peurto Rican Accent and all!

PS - he said I don't have MS.  I never mentioned MS, which means he looked for it! Ha!

that is great news, Heather.  Congrats on finding a doctor you can work with and who is williing to exam all the possibilities.

Getting that migraine theory off  the table is excellent!

There is nothing better than having a doctor you feel trusts what you are telling him/her and takes the time to look beneath the surface.  We sure need more doctor's like yours who soundsl ike he is on the ball.  Your journey is definitely on the right path now.  

One more thing...I can't get on a chair and dance with you, but we can all get together and to the "Snoopy Dance".  That is an MS-friendly dance.  :)

isn't it soooo good to find a Dr that will listen to you and confirm things that you knew in the first place.. I'm glad you are getting more testing done to find out what is really wrong with you..
