Went to that same restaurant I did last week. Who ever comes up with the recipes for the place sure does think outside the box.
Tonight I had a boneless pork chop dish and normally you would think of apples sauce as a side for it. But not this place. IT was a Cajun pork chop served with rice and sauteed peaches. The Cajun spices would have over powered apple, but not the peaches. And then add in the slight taste of nutmeg to add even a little more spark to it. Yummy.
Now I can hardly wait until see what they will have next week.
