Thanks JJ. I read some on proprioception and after that I think it is probably more a visual blip. I have experienced problems with misjudging steps and their depth - thinking it is flat when it is not but for me anyway that has always been said to be astigmatism. But I do have unaddressed eye issues, so maybe that's it. Thanks for reply as always : ) and Happy Mother's Day to you and all mothers on board ! Not sure if same day in Australia?
When objects appear closer than they actually are, in MS it could be either a visual issue and or proprioception but it could just as easily of been nothing really and simply due to cognitive fatigue, physical fatigue, being distracted, concentration etc I'd be thinking it probably is nothing if it's only ever happened the once and it being over such a distance.
I have visual issues and proprioception is definitely more of an issue for me when i'm physically fatigued, over heated, relapsing etc It's not ever been just the one object though, it's basically everything isn't where it is in reality. I have difficulty judging depth of steps, if the ground is flat or sloping, how close i am to another car, my cup or basically any object i'm trying to get etc
Cheers.........JJ
