Off Topic - Just lost my gizmo

\\Poor Gizy was an almost 15 year old cat. We've had her since before we were married.  I wasn't even here to saygood bye and I love her.  To say thanks for helping the boys love animals or for being here to cuddle when i NEEDED HER. SHE LOVED THE BOYS LIKE THEY WERE HER OWN.  TRIED TO CLEAN THEIR HAIR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. SHE LOVED THEM LIKE HER OWN.  We buried her in the garden. Right by the shed. Where we can still sit and talk to her. Because she will always be our Giz.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your kitty.  Also sorry that you didn't have a chance to say goodbye.  I am sure she knows that you love her.  She must have been so happy living with a litter of boys to share with you!

Our animals are unfailing in their love for us.  My best doggy went to heaven several months ago and my heart still aches.  I hope that we will be reunited with our animal friends in time.  It makes me happy thinking of that!

I'm sorry to hear you lost your kitty, Gizmo. It hurts to lose a family member. I'm sure she knew you loved her very much. I just lost my kitty, Simba, of 13 yrs a few days ago, so I know what your going threw. I keep telling myself Simba now lives in my heart and I will see him and all my beloved pets again when I go. Your heart probably feels like mine, broken, but it will heal in time and another kitty that needs a loving human will be coming our way.

I am so sorry to all of you who have lost your beloved pets.

I don't even want to think of when that day comes.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your kitty, Gizmo.  We love our pets like they are our children (in my case they are my children) - and it is heartbreaking when they leave us.

How wonderful that you can visit her in your garden.  We did that for our family dog, Muffin, when I was growing up.  We planted a lovely tree in her memory.

Sending you hugs,
Chrisy

I am so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is, having experienced such a loss myself. The only blessing is that you both had them in your lives for so long.

I'm searching for words and finding tears.  I'm so sorry that Gizmo won't be there to cuddle anymore.  My Fluffy turns 15 tomorrow, has health problems, and I know I'm facing a loss like yours.  He's been my baby for so long...

I lost his mom 11 years ago, and she still lives in my memory and my heart; how she talked to birds, how she'd go for walks with me like a dog; without a leash, how she loved people, but mostly me.

Fluffy missed her dreadfully when she died, but he was a great comfort to me.  Accept all the empathy and hugs, from us and your loved ones,  to get you through this difficult time.

Many hugs,

Kathy

I Really Do Know how you feel about your Furry Baby Gizmo. My Smokie was laid to rest Last Sept. at the age of 15 years. He was with me all his life. We met on the day he was born and he came home with me on his 5Th week birthday. He was my room-mate, best friend, always knew when I was having a bad day or in pain and would act according to what I needed. Shadow his younger kitty and I still miss Mr. Smokie and I have photos of him all over my apartment. I hope when you feel the time is right you will rescue another little kitty or older Kitty  who is in need of a good and loving family to live with...
Shadow was just 2 weeks old when he lost his kitty Mother, so Smokie allowed this kitty to move in and he taught him the ropes of being a House Kitty... Shadow is now 3 years old and very different from Smokie in that he needs to be held, cuddled and ALL Important in His world.
Our Little furry family members accept and love us No Matter What... They don't care if our bodies let us down, they never will...
So know that I understand your family's sadness, and I an so sorry for your loss..
Hugs {{{{~!~}}} from me, and Kitty Purrs and Meows from Shadow

Thanks all.

Our pup seems to really miss her too.  She just lays in the garden...

We knew her time was coming.

Thanks for the love!
