My left leg is vibrating all day an while trying to sleep it feels like my cell phone is on vibrating.. What an why is this happening

I've had MS for 22yrs and it wasn't until late I got symptom. It's would happen when fatigued or over heated and before bed. It was very annoying it did pass. I had to up my dose of Neurontin for other reason so it could have been that as well.

I have the vibration paresthesia - it feels like my foot or hip is buzzing, but only when I put pressure on it. It's caused by damage to the spine.
