asthma
bipolar disorder
migraine
chronic mononucleosis
Grand Mal Seizures - this is how I presented prior to MS diagnosis
Asthma
COPD - as related to smoking (seems to be a lot of smokers with MS vs seems to be a lot of people with MS that smoke?)
Paratrigeminal/Trigeminal Neuralgia
epileptic seizures - they heralded a relapse for me
Of the things listed so far, I'd have to say I've had a half dozen or so. Arrhythmia, gall bladder, sleep apnea, depression, itching, some bowel and bladder issues now and then, an outbreak of migraine one summer 12 years ago and another instance this month, and since late last month my blood pressure's been too high. I've also had some joint pain and swelling issues that I have always assumed is osteoarthritis. I didn't see anyone mention tremor. I guess that's more than half a dozen. I'll have to quit reading stuff like this; I'll start to feel like there's something wrong with me! ;P
More mimics:
Sjogren's syndrome -some literature suggests it may actually be connected to MS (not sure I believe it or not)
CDIP (chronic demylinating inflammatory polyneuropathy)
migraines
