Hi and welcome,
Dr Google will always bring up MS when you search tingling, MS will actually come up for hundreds of different types of symptoms because MS effects the central nervous system.
The majority of symptoms associated with MS are not unique to MS, and MS wouldn't be the most common cause of the symptoms or symptom pattern you've experienced so realistically MS would be an unlikely explanation compared to other more common explanations...
MS caused symptoms are the result of brain and or spinal cord lesions, basically MS doesn't cause symptoms to spread, rapidly multiply over days, weeks or months, present in all peripheral limbs and if MS was the cause the tingling, it just wouldn't of stopped after a massage.
Your better off not googling anymore if it results in you freaking out and worrying about something your honestly unlikely to have, go see your dr for a check up and ease your mind. You may only need general blood tests, it could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency, so get your self checked out to see if there is something going on that you need to be aware of.
Hope that helps......JJ
