back and neck pain

Is it usual to suffer a lot of neck back and hip pain.  I suffered a lot with leg pain and spasms- but the back and neck is new. Nothing seems to help anymore.  Does physiotherapy help?  Exercise seems to put me out for a few days even moderate exercise like a walk.

hi guys,

I am told 95% chance ms now.  was dxd with lyme took a looooong time to diagnose and I think it triggered this new condition.  It is a really difficult time for me lots of tests.
4 kids after the last one I hit rock bottom.  My oldest is 20 youngest 1!!!!!!!!!  dxd with benign brain tumor also 3 yrs ago had radiation.  boy lots happened in the last yr!
Flare up after flare up and most recently vision issues.  I have excrutiating pain and spasms, tremors, difficulty walking, incontinence issues, weakness, to name a few of the issues.  I have non specific foci on brain and next mri on spine thursday and then mri brain will follow as I have to follow up on tumor so every 6 months  I have mri on one the foci turned up.  Non specific but specific for something as I have lots of issues!!!!!!!
Thank you for the support

Hi Ukinvb,

Welcome to the MS forum.  You have MS? If you feel comfortable to do so, please tell us a little more about you.  Will be easier for us provide our thoughts.

I'm Shelly, and I was dx'd in 07 w/MS.  I did not present w/neck and back pain, was more like stroke-like symptoms, and a few other probs.

I hope you like it here - poke around, check out our health pages (top right corner of the screen); they are loaded w/info.

See you around,
Shell
