My heart goes out to all those who lost loved ones on that terrible, tragic day.
Hard to believe it's been 8 years; in a way it seems like yesterday. Still takes my breath away, and I get that awful feeling in the pit of my stomach whenever I stop and think of it, which is often. So much has changed in the world since that time. May the coming days, weeks, years bring with them greater stability and peace, for everyone.
Couldn't have said it better than SS and db... with a wish for peace for all.
Ditto. Many mourn the loss of loved ones, and we all grieve over the human tragedy, but also over the passing from one era to another in the way we view our world. May God indeed bring His peace that surpasses understanding to all willing souls, and may He grant us the wisdom and strength to do what is needed to make this the world that we all want to believe it can be, beginning with ourselves.
my prayers go out too all the people and pray that this world will become a better place. Hugs too all...

In memory of all those who lost their lives on 9/11. My prayers for all who were affected by this horrible tragedy.
My thoughts and prayers for our friends in the US too, I echo from across the sea the comments made above.
Love and courage to the families and friends of those touched by that tragic day.

A sad day on 9-11. Thoughts and prayers are with the country and all the people that are mourning...
Prayers for all that passed and for all that were affected by that sad tragedy.
About a month after 9-11 I was speaking with a young woman who worked at Logan Airport and she told me that she had been speaking with the terrorists prior to that date. It was her job to take people around the airport and show them how the airport worked. She remembered them because they asked so many detailed questions. She was suffering from tremendous guilt. I think of her because she was so distraught and represents all of the people who in someway unknowingly helped these men do what they did. I do pray that all of them have found some peace. Thanks for posting this ShadowsSister, Charley
I was driving to work this morning remembering vividly the feelings of horror and helplessness as I listened to the news from the other side of the country. My thoughts go out to all the families so harshly touched by this tragedy.
Namaste,
