Scary night

All      Last night I woke up with my eyes doing this really weird thing . While they were still closed it felt like they were crazily ,rapidly moving all over . When this was happening I could see , sort of the back of my eyelids. What I was seeing was a light back ground with mostly soft colored squares on squares flickering ( all on eyelids).  Included , was a  feeling of electricity..... very scary ...and I didn't have control over it ...Lasted for a LONG minute maybe more , its hard to tell, the electric stuff went on throughout the day today ... and dread.  I don't want to sleep tonight

Last fall when things  were ramped up , I may have experienced this mildly while sleeping ( not the squares)  .  Some vertigo then Lots of dizziness .  all while in bed  ???  Why  ????

Today I was a little disoriented, confused..    Got any ideas

Thanks Jo       Typing is slooww...

Hi Jo, I have been having the floaters and the racing heart thing as well. I just have been attributing them to my migraines and anxiety. I have the dizziness that messes up my walking and always am looking for the wall to hold on to. I feel for ya it is very SCARY! I had a sleep study done and I must say, the bed I slept in was to die for. I don't have much insight for you hon but let me know I am very curious about it.

Lots of Hugs,

Spastic Ada

I had the weird thing with my eyes again without the squares .. Its a dizzy feeling along with my eyes jittering around...

A few times this week my heart rate has been up  Three night ago it woke me up it was so fast I couldn't count it.  I tried meditating it away , didn't work so instead of E.R. I tried a Valium and that did work ..   It happened again last evening , came down by its self .  I'm not anxious before hand certainly not while sleeping ..

Does any of this sound familiar      I am going for sleep study.   Neuro didn't have a clue

Thanks for any insight ...

Jo

PS My wonderful PCP ( James , a real sweetie) ) called yesterday with the name of an ent and also has a new neuro in mind for me

T,

Do you know why you have double vision when laying down ?  I get lots of  'stuff ' when I'm up , but the heaviest s*** has happened while sleeping and it wakes me up. I 'll talk to cpc next wk. , I also see neuro then  ..   I just couldn't deal with one more dr. right now

Today I have a nerve conduction test  ( I have cramping in caves and thighs today , maybe he will see something )  , and tomorrow see endo ,  I'll tell him too .

I feel more with-it today.

How are you doing and the kids ?  Did you save your laptop?  I hope that is not why you got burned. How are the burns?  I was burned when I was young .. its not fun.  Do you need on going tx.?

It sounds like you have  wonderful support from your family and friends and community / church .  They are something else !!! .  You are very lucky in that respect.

If we/I can help in any way ...  ask ...

  Take care         Jo
