You may want to look into Dr. Garth Nicolson's work who is the world's expert in Pathogenic Mycoplasma Infections and Co-infections like Babesia, Bartonella, Borellia, Ehrlichia, etc.
He is also a part-time medhelp expert contributor.
Just do a search under his name using medhelp's search
engine on the blue line on the top of this page.
Most antibiotics only have bacteriostatic action against these types of pathogens (not bacteriocidal action) and very difficult to eradicate. While on abx they evade detection by hiding in the tissues, thus the temporary lowered WBC count.
Another common presentation is compromised thyroid function -often missed by standard tests, as it may be thyroid-resistance or type 2 hypothyroidism, where circulating thyroid hormone levels are within normal ranges.
FreeT3, Free T4 and Reverse T3 tests are required in order to rule this out.
Cellular maintenance, repairs, fighting infections, etc.
depend on good thyroid function.
All healing within our cells in every bodily system & every organ takes place in the presence of specific electrical voltage for each condition and again this is thyroid-dependent.
In my opinion, medical testing and pharmacological approaches, are often inadequate to correct the underlying
root issues and causes.
