Spasticity

Am just curious as to what spasticity would feel like? The last two mornings I have gotten up and felt like I have pulled my calf muscles, they are tight and sore feeling, could this be spasticity?

Spasticity is your brain telling the muscles to fire when they are not supposed to. I have to grab something to steady myself my first steps out of bed because my legs are so tight. Stretching helps a bit. No amount of stretching gets my legs loose.

Could be. They can give you Baclofen or Zanaflex.
