Symptoms and time of day

Most diseases vary in intensity during the day. For some, mornings are the worst but for others, a good night's sleep tames symptoms only to have them crank up when life gets busy or stressful. How  does time of day affect your symptoms?

Cool poll! I picked #4, although in reality, it is ups & downs all day, and when I finally get comfortable enough to sleep, I typically sleep like a rock. Then I wake up with numbness, but that subsides pretty quickly & it's back to my typical stuff.
