I often take a break from the forum, not because I don't like everybody here, but to get my mind off MS. I'll catch up on funnies, graphic novels, go out and do some much needed weeding (very therapeutic, BTW), babysit my grandson...
That's also one reason I still work, even though I can handle only 1-3 days/week. It gets me out of my own head, and allows me to give some loving care to folks in worse shape than me.
Believe me, after work or babysitting, I'm absolutely FRIED, and I can't ignore the fact I have MS, and have to give myself a little love, too.
Don't be too much of a stranger. Lurk, if you'd like, but take care of YOU, first! We're all here, wishing you the best.
I think most of us understand where you are. A lot of us have been in your shoes and it's nice not to think of disease, whatever it is that is interrupting your life.
Take all the time you need and we'll still be here when you return.
As the others said, we do wish you well and hope that a break will help your spirit and mind.
Take care of yourself in the meantime and we'll see you on the flip-side.

Totally understand. Think it's a great thing to do under the circumstances. We wish you well and hope that you will take care of yourself.
Love and peace to you!

Aww Nanci, I'm really going to miss you... I realize everyone has to deal with things in their own way... For me the computer, this forum, my fb, and my e-mail friends have what has kept me going... There are days when I just feel I have to reach out for needed encouragement...
Take all the time you need but please don't forget us... I pray that everything works out for you and that you can just enjoy your family... Take care and we will see you soon...
I'll be praying,
Carol
Nanci,
we hate to see anyone go, but certainly understand the importance of taking a mental break from all this thinking and talking about MS. I hope you will stop back through when you are able and let us know how you are doing.
hugs,
Lulu
