Hi and welcome,

I'm not sure if you intended your question to land in the MS community or not but it has....you can't actually feel negative sensation in parts of your brain, you can feel positive sensations ie pain but it's not possible to feel any part of your brain is actually 'numb' (as in unable to feel anything) and other parts are normal (?), so i honestly have no earthly idea what this person was trying to explain to you, sorry...JJ
