Good morning everyone,
I have a question for the pros on the forum.
My neuro saw my obvious, visible weakness of my right hand with the "thumb-in-fist" phenomenon on my last visit.
Since my EMG/NCS came back "normal" with no carpal tunnel, will the above in anyway help with the McDonald criteria in diagnosis?
After my EMG he said, "I'll see you in 2 months."

I'm no pro so please take this answer for what its worth, which is not much. LOL
I would say this depends on if your neuro sees this as clinical evidence of a lesion. Not knowing how your neuro thinks, it would be hard to second guess this.
It is good news that you continue to be followed closely by your doctor - 2 months is a pretty quick follow-up time.
be well, Lulu
