Reading is an effort these days, just a few pages at time, however I'm
reading Jobs, and yes I have Apple products, no iPad yet.

I've been Minding my Mitochondria for about 4 months, now. My digestion has never been better, and I feel maybe a tad stronger.
I tend to read for pleasure, but every day, I go through the Barts and the London MS research blog, catch up on the Wheelchair Kamikaze when he posts, United Spinal's MS Scene, and a couple of other blogs done by PwMS.
Other than that, I tend to just get out there and get on with this business of living. I eat well, mind my sleep hygiene, try to get some exercise (though that's been difficult because I've been working too hard).
I have been reading "Minding My Mitochondria" by Terry L. Wahls, MD., and "No More Secs! Living, Laughing & Loving Despite Multiple Sclerosis- by Ann Pietangelo.
I am still on the lookout for something fun to read- that doesn't involve vampires, dead people, or other violence... Wish me luck.

that's SHADES and not SHADS, which is a type of fish and would make for a very boring book!!!
Jen, I know what you mean about that top 10 list of 'must reads.' Give us a book report when you get done, ok?
I am still reading all the articles I can find about LDN... I started on a low dose of 1.5mg a couple weeks ago, but still looking all the time for other studies that were done. Most recently and interesting as the studt done at Penn State....
Pretty exciting huh.... its the new definition of living on the edge :)
