If you have the whole MRI report, please post it. As Jens said, there is some T2/FLAIR signal abnormality that was noted on the left half of the pons in the infratentorial brain. This is an area that neurologist watch for lesion formation.

Do you have an appointment with a Doctor? It is best if they explain it and more importantly what it means in the context of why they did the MRI. Anything we would say would be taking it out of context. I always have them explain it.

Non-specific abnormality means that they can't identify which disease process is causing the increased signal in the left hemi-pons. (The pons is part of your brainstem.)
What strength was the MRI done at?
