Hi and welcome,

There is nothing that you have described that would be consistent with a neurological condition like MS!

Typically skin inflammation, changes in texture or colour etc are associated with infection, a chronic skin condition, or contact allergen or irritants and red eyes are associated with illness, injury, eye infections, allergies etc

I would recommend you consult with a dermatologist and or allergist, and consider trying non allergenic natural products for awhile ie laundry washing liquids,  shampoos, conditioners, body wash, creams etc also consider the timing and introduction of new medication or brand, food and drink products etc

Hope it helps......JJ
