Which risk factors for MS apply to you?

These are some of the main risk factors I come across again and again in the literature.  Some are well established, other theorized. Please check all that apply to you.

I didn't have enough options to add an "Other" category, so if you have any risk factors not listed here, please tell us what they are.

All but #3 (heredity) apply to me.

I submitted a suggestion to Medhlep requesting that they change the polling functionto allow multiple answers to one question.  If they can do this for us, I'll resubmit the poll so you can check off your responses and we can view the results in a pie chart.
