forgot something

i also have the it feels like im going to get a charlie horse in back of legs if i happen to move them a little that feeling is usually allways there ...altho i have to say it isnt as bad today.....thank you rena nice to meet you and ct and heather and anyone else i forgot ...like i said this is a very caring and information is great...god bless you all and take care....deb

yep that sounds just like mine to ...you just said it better,,lolol...there  has been a couple of times not lately but i felt like there was a surge or zap or something like that in my head..i stood still for a few minutes expecting something else to happen but it didnt...take care ....deb

Hi again! :-)

That sounds like what I have had the past couple of weeks. It feels like a charley horse is going to start, but it doesn't get to full pain - just annoyance. It's not like when I was pregnant; that was always the left calf and at night, major pain!

These are in both calves, in daytime, twitchy "shadowy" kind of annoyance.

Although this past week, I mixed in some electrical twitches just to shake it up a bit. Still not pain, but hmmmm.........something wacky is going on!!!

I just hope I never get to feel a full-throttle charley horse AND the electrical zips!
