Hi, I have been feeling really great and so I've been pretty busy out living life. I thought I'd just check back in to see how everyone was doing. Looks like the site is still very active and providing a much needed service!
I have decided in my head that I don't have MS, and so am not too worried about it anymore. I've been on the Swank diet for 2.5 years and getting tons of rest and that seems to keep my symptoms at bay. I tested this by going off the diet over the holidays and having all my symptoms come roaring back to life. So.. .I'm doing what seems to work for me and not freaking out about it anymore.
Still care about all of you though, so I'll keep posted on what's happening with you all!

Hi, Heartshome! Haven't seen you here in an age. Welcome back. What are you up to and how are you feeling?

I was on it for a few days and I started feeling very strange and unwell. Hard to describe. I went to the doctor who told me that it was effecting my blood sugar levels and took me off of it immediately. I won't try it again. Apparently, this is a possible side effect. Check with your doctor.
I have been on prednisone (currently at 20mg every other day)for about 3 months now and have had no ill effects. The only thing I have noticed that it has help was my burrsitis (sp?). Of course I'm not sure what it is suppose to do. Personanly I would check with my doctor if I was experiencing what you described.
