Ok, MS is better when you are pregnant, so it would stand to reason that the change in hormones with you period would also have an affect. I had my uteris removed, and I still have all of the symptoms of PMS every month right on time, and it usually comes with a little symptom flair up.
Yes, I relate it to the fact my temperature raises, also I now seem to get stomach cramps which I never had before. I am in the process of trying to stop my periods.
Twist
I have noticed this. At first I attributed every strange sensation to the fact that I was anaemic but this is no longer the case and I now know that the tingling, weakness etc is more likely to be part of MS. I guess hormonal changes could cause this.
Yes, I have attributed it to a slight increase in my body temperature and the stress on my system.
One of my Neuro's says any stress will increase chronic disease symptoms. I think there is more to it (as stated above.)
This is a question that commonly gets asked, from memory there is a possible anacdotal association but thats not exactly scientific lol
Personally nothing has ever changed mine, started at 15 and now rappidly headed for 50 and still they are the same, which is so not fair lol though fatigue has always been a bit of an issue, now i am totalled by fatigue. I cant really say if everything else goes off too, i dont really do much beyond sleep or flop lol
Cheers...........JJ
PS its the weekend so the traffic is a bit quieter, so you may not get much of a response.
