hello just wanted to let everyone know that i am going away for awhile we are going to the caribean i have my ice packs and hat and will try to drink lots of icy drinks to keep cool. i feel that things are looking up a bit after being in a downward spiral. so thanks everyone for your wonderful support hugs to you all.
