Brain Lesions

I have multiple Brain Lesions - no diagnosis.
Two Tonic Clonic  (grand mal ) off the scale seizures 3 years apart (unlikely to have any other type of seizure)
Epilepsy not diagnosed but condition treated with AEDS as a safeguard
Loss of use of L side (about 5%) but barely noticeable, caused by Lacunar Stroke
Suspect mass RF lobe - biopsy revealed benign lesion larger than the others. There's also a large AVM RFLobe.
Other gegenerative brain conditions tested and negative (MS MND Parkinsons SVD Vascular Dementia, SV disease, CNS Vascular disease etc etc

Now dealing with anxiety while waiting to see what next MRI will bring ? Cognitive decline upsetting too!
Surely there are other ways to get a definitive diagnosis of Multiple Brain Lesions ?

Not sure if it adds anything but I'm small slim fit dancer/teacher, just turned 59, very pro active re my health, non smoker and no alcohol (contraindicates with AEDs anyway so not worth it)
I've also got raised BP, Hypothyroidism,Brittle Asthma and Brochiectasis .......and I'm
still dancing/teaching ........most days !
Vascular network collapses at the mere sight of a cannula approaching and I'm continually very cold no matter what the weather.

I've an idea it's an autoimmune connected mess and my adrenal function is on the floor? GP NOT at all pro active - hasn't a clue really and really not interested .
ANY help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
