I feel like something is wrong with my vision, but I'm not sure what.

For a few months now my eyes and vision have been feeling very strange. My eyes sometimes burn or feel dry at times and I feel a little pressure in them sometimes. But not always, just usually when I'm tired or something similar. My vision though is getting weirder and I can't tell if its neurological or not. When looking around at things, sometimes things seem very flat, like I can focus on any one thing. I also feel like I get tunnel vision a bit. The best way to explain this is to give an example...

So, when my mum was letting me drive to practice I apparently ignored a few things and she (rightly) freaked out when we were driving. When she said what I missed I didn't understand, when I was driving (and it's like this sometimes when I'm not and just walking) I can look at a point on the road and everything else around seems blank and flat and not there. When I'm walking around I notice the environment but its very easy for me to ignore it and feel like it's just not there.

It makes me quite worried as I feel like it could affect me in the future. I will try my best to explain it more if anyone needs more information.
