ALS help

hi, I have had speech problems for over a year but have had dental work over the same time. I thought the speech problem was dental related. I'm still waiting for my final implants. I went to my doctor to see if I had a problem with my throat. Since then I've had 2 MRI test 2 nerve conduction test 1 swallowing test all blood work done,  urine test done all test come back good... So my neurologist say clinically I'm fine but because of my speech problem I have ALS. I have no other symptoms. I just turned 68 years old, have a very good diet. I exercise daily and walk 20 miles a week.. Would love to hear from someone..
thanks
