Also I should mention my shakiness and twitches were so bad that I felt a gyrating cycle when I went to bed that made me feel nausiated a bit. So my symtoms were extreme and what I mentioned above go me back in tune!
I've got the same problems that started at age 33, I find when these symptoms are at the worst it's when stressful things are going on at work. The best thing you can do is lower your stress levels, go on a vacation and try to not think about it, also get a hobby or 2 and focus on that, this will take your mind off of thinking about it at least for a bit. I find this helps a lot. However I think as we age the body gets worn out in certain areas and the combination of stress and anxiety that are high but normal with life and induced anxiety from additional and possibly minor problems like gallblader, stomach, heartburn, food allergies etc... become the deciding factor and the reason your anxiety becomes over the top and completely noticable. Work at lowering stress levels by doing things to get it off your mind and pay close attention to foods you eat that may give a sign your body is simply starting to get old. I cut my sugar down a little bit and fat a bit too and I picked up some new hobbies and fun things to do and now my anxiety is lower after a year of change and I feel great! Good luck to you all.
I have always worried about my health also. and i know that is why i have these symptoms. And it hits me the most when im trying to go to sleep because im not doing anything. I am taking my Paxil every other day. But since this has started i am going to take it everyday like im suppose to. Do you know if you can get addicted to Xanax, or Ativan. I have not took them until the symptoms hit me hard. Should i take them before bed so i dont have the shakes? Thanks so much for helping everything is so appreciated.
I too am having twitches and I feel the shaking inside. I am always worried about my health and I that escalates my anxiety. I don't have the desire to do anything I normally enjoy doing. At home I feel like I can't sit down. I need to be doing something or I'll just sit and worry.
