CT Head brain noncontrast was done. The results say the third and lateral ventricles are mildly prominent as are the cortical sulci consistent with a mild degree of cortical atrophy. Widening of the left sylvian fissure may be secondary to focal atrophy or underlying chronic ischemic change. What does this mean? The person is on a ventilator because was diagnosed with Multifocal Motor Neuropathy, can not walk or move hands or body.
