Cartoid Artery blockage question

Hello,

I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism.  Since i have been on the meds I have had a really bad rushing or ringing in my ears.  I have also had pretty bad neck discomfort.  I am being told that this could be from a blockage in my cartoid artery brought out by the medication.  I am having an MRA next week.

Has anyone else that has had a blocked cartoid artery had the same problem?

Thank You

Dear Bruce: I have a close relative that has and still does have thyroid problems. Also was diagnosed with cartoid blockage. It is good that your having a MRA next week, but I would consider getting more doctors opinons before coming to a full conclusion that you have cartoid blockage.
