Can bulimia cause Nerve Issues?

I had bulimia for about 3 years. About a year after I finally stopped my health has been going down the drain with random nerve pain. I do have eye floaters when looking at computer monitors which are kinda annoying.
I don't get dizziness, or any form of blurred / double vision.

I get constant head pain, leg pain and sometimes my arms and hands. I've had Blood tests done, and Ive had a physical Neurology examination done and they put it down to anxiety. I just completely forgot to ask my Dr is past purging could have caused anything permanent?

I've also noticed that when I poke my finger into the seides of my thighs / upper arms and back, it really hurts. Could this be Fibromalygia related?

thanks

Yeah I had bulimia for about 6 years and I’ve had neuropathy symptoms in my legs and feet for about 3 years now. The pain didn’t start until after I began recovering ..Still seeking answers. Blood tests all normal except for inflammation.  Thinking it may be more of a gut issue or just a result of poor nutrition. But I’ve heard the body will heal itself if you feed it what it needs so hopefully it will get better. Trying to improve my gut health and to eat more calories. Best of luck to you too.
