Correct medical term?

I have a confirmed polyneuropathy and I* think* I understand the difference between a fasciculation and myokomia.  I'm not sure the correct medical term for this:

On the outside of my forearm I can feel the pulse of the muscular nerve firing off at random and it causes my wrist to move outward on it's own on both hands.  I can see the muscle contract in my arm as well.  This can continue for a few mins, hours or days.

Does anyone know the correct medical term for this?  I don't think it will fall under either fasciculation or myokomia.

Hi. I had the nerve conduction velocity test only not the EMG.  My clinical diagnosis is CMT but it has not been confirmed yet by genetic testing.  I'm not 100% sure that it is a correct diagnosis or a least there is still something else going on.

Were you diagnosed through EMG?  What do you think caused it or did they know?
