woke up yesterday w/ tongue numb still numb this morning accompanied by joint pain

I'm 27 yrs old. I went to bed and was fine when I woke up 4hrs later to get ready for work my tongue was numb (like when you go to the dentist & they numb your mouth but only my tongue) went to work hoping it would go away.. fast forward to this morning my tongue is still numb and all my joints hurt it hurts to even bend my fingers. My health has seemed to go down hill this last yr with no explanation from my Dr he's done a blood panel checked my thyroid. my teeth started crumbling like chalk about a yr ago I have no energy am constantly tired. I'm at my wits end my family thinks I'm a hypochondriac because there is always something wrong with me. that I only tell them the major things that are wrong now.I haven't told them about the brain fog, the random ringing in my ears, major vision changes, random twitching ( other than what they've seen) I need help I hate going to the hospital because nothing gets figured out I just don't even know where to start.
