For years I have driven 140 kph plus; all of a sudden while driving on the DC Beltway, I felt dizzy and lightheaded. If I slow to about 95, it's a lot better. However, it's all but impossible for me to drive with cars on both sides of me. Of course, I went to my family doc, who sent me to a neurologist who gave me a lot of tests which came back OK.
My bp is a little higher than it should be.
I have found that by going slowly and keeping my eyes focused on the road ahead about 40 yards, I can still highway drive but doing this is tiring.
Looking at the dashboard--speedometer, stereo etc--is very irritating.
I also shake my head hard to "reset" and this helps altho I feel like a lunatic.
My fam doc is sending me toma physical therapist.
One other thing bothers me--I asked around about this and almost everyone I know has had it. However, the doctors seem to play dumb, as though they have never heard if it before.
