3 years ago I put in an accommodations request and offered to get medical documentation from my doctor. They denied the request. It was something that would cost the company nothing extra, a little extra time to type notes. I was told by my previous supervisor I was hitting ALL goals. He never once told me I did not. And it was for amount of typing. I was moved to a new supervisor right at the time of performance review and was penalized on my performance review. I have neuropathy of the hands was why I asked for more time to type. I'm afraid if I say anything I will face retaliation or be fired.
