Please help head shakes and migraines

I suffer with chronic migraines, and in the past month I have encountered different symptoms.  When I wake up in the morning my brain is vibrating followed by a migraine.  I have tried botox, preventive medicine, nerve blockers, two types of rescue medicine and my migraine are getting worse over time.  during the day the side of my face become numb, sometimes switching from side to side.  The brain vibrating started before my neurologist started me on my preventitive medicine so it is not side effects from the medicine.  in the last 25 days i have had 6 days without a migraine and those 6 days i did not wake uo with my brain vibrating. My memory has become worse, my attention span and focus is deteriating.  My eye sight is also  deteriating.  I have scheduled an appointmwent with another neurologist for a second opinion as I feel the one I currently have just wants to give me shots and is not solving my problem. Please help any advise would be beneficial.
