Eye Sight Issues

From time to time my eyes move from side to side, usually very quickly and only one time movement; however, there has been one episode of continual "twitching" that lasted for about 2-3 minutes creating blurred vision and dizziness.  My MRI noted "several nonspecific T2/FLAIR hyperintensity foci in the subcortical white matter".  Added to this is a internal vibration, almost like a cat's purring/motor running.  Several doctors I've seen brush this off and say it's my nerves.  My medication consists of Tambocor (anti arythemic heart med) high blood pressure meds, cholosteral meds, protonix for gerd, baby aspirin, xanax.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Pharmacist says no drug interaction actions.

ps
I forgot to say...
I spent alot of time and money taking care of the syptoms... GERD, and HBP, and Tachycardia, and Migraines and body pain... The syptoms were continuous and gradually getting worse. I was constantly at the doctor or hospital...
Once I started taking care of the underlying stress disorder, all those things got better.
Now I go for my gyn and mammogram once a year. I see a therapist twice a month at this point.
A major turning point for me was discontinuing the beta blocker, so I could feel the tachycardia of being triggered by stress. In light of the stress disorder, all my symptoms made sense.

Hello
I would take a look at two things.
First:
I would look at any med  that says basically "I am changing how a muscle works"...
Like a medicine that changes how your heart beats.
Or a Beta blocker, that changes the muscle tension of the blood vessels.

Second:
I would also be suspicious of a stress disorder.
If you had been in a trauma situation in the past, such as a car accident, war, sexual abuse, bullying, etc. You may be suffering from not having processed the trauma.
The reason I say this is because  your health issues  ALL seem to point  to stress.
Gerd is related to stress (protonix).
Xanax is given for anxiety syptoms (related to stress).
I went to my MD for my heart beating very hard, sometimes. My blood pressure was high, so she put me on a betablocker. That made my Tachycardia better, and it controlled my BP.
But it covered up my PTSD.
I had alot of muscle twitches around my eyes, and it was to the point, every new situation would get my eye muscles to twitching.
I also worked in the Eye Care field, so I had ample opportunity to understand that these twitches were stress related.
Long story short, I am in EMDR and DNMS therapy, for my stress disorder. I am doing so well, that I have been able to discontinue all my meds (for GERD, BP, Tachycaria, anxiety, and muscle spasms).
I rarely have symptoms of stress anymore.
