Fingers Numb/Arm Weak

I have numbness in my two left fingers and my left arm is weak.  I tend to tremble in my hands and all of these symptoms came one at a time.  I am 40 years old and worried about what this might be.

There are a lot of possibilities! I am so sorry that is not the answer you want to hear.  A pinched nerve in the neck can cause issues in the arms.  There are also other things that cause numbness such as fibromialgia and some serious neurological disorders.  Do you have any other symptoms that might narrow it down?  If not I wouldn't worry and would just document how you feel paying special attention to increased headaches, but don't worry as stress will just make everything seem worse! Carpal tunnel is a very possible diagnosis if those are your only symptoms.  Good Luck!

Thank you so much for the reply.  Someone mentioned to me that it might be a pinched nerve.  I am quick to run to the doctor, ha ha, but I wanted to see if I could get some answers another way.  I really appreciate it.  Have a great day.
