Has anyone had body tremors/spasms that affect walking?

I have had this condition for a number of years now. I went to the neurologist, had a few tests done, and was told that it was anxiety. I made an appointment with a psychiatrist, who was a bit older, who said that she had been a practicing psychiatrist for over 40 years and she never saw someone with my condition before in all that time.
Here's the symptoms:
I feel like a build-up of pressure in my middle region and shortly after the body will jerk up. If I am walking, sometimes the jerk will cause me to bend over or a leg will kick up. At times, it gets to the point where I can't walk, since I feel sort of off balance. Jerks are, also, caused by someone pressing down on areas of my neck and/or back, which have been automatically termed as anxiety.
These jerks can happen at any time of day, multiple times, whether I am sitting, walking, standing, or lying in bed.
They do get worse with stress and loud noises and when I don't feel well.
I had blood tests, an EEG, and a MRI of my brain and neck. All were normal other than two small bulging discs in the neck. I was found to have hyper reflexes, but that was all.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have been on Klonopin and Xanax with no results. I was on Cymbalta and changed to Paxil with no results. I am extremely frustrated and at my wit's end.
