Internal Vibration

I work hard and stand on my feel all day on concret. Over time this hurts my feet, legs and back so I got a padded back vibrater, the ones you can put on a chair, connect it to your car and lay it back to sleep on top of it, so that away you can vibrate the hurting areas and it also comes with heat therapy.

But lately i find my self feeling internal vibrations as if im still laying on the vibrating pad. Is it possible to overuse vibration therapy? Can the body mimic the vibration from long/short term use of vibrating body pads?
