Is it a stroke or cervical problem?

I am 50. I have fallen down 3 times in 2 months.  My right foot went dead for a few seconds and then was back to normal each time.  I have right and left sided pins and needles (numbness in big toes) tingle in my hands and arms and legs mostly on the right and on my face and head as well.  This is intermittent and sometimes all the time.  MRI showed hardening of the left veterbral and carotid arteries, but the radiololgist says the MRI showed that because of my metal screws in my c4/5 neck fusion.  Is this right?  Could he be wrong?  I am trying to get a second opinion, but it's hard when the radiologist says on thing, and then the doctor changed his mind and agreed with the radiologist.  I have pain and pressure on my left side at times near the shoulder area where the affected arteries are.  It does scare me.  I have a second opinion appointment September 10th.  Is that too far away? After sitting I get up and sometimes my legs are like noodles and hard to control.  It takes a minute or two for it to come back.  What do you think?

I am only 14, and i am worried i might have cancer or some sort of problem. i am probably just worrying too much, but on the outside of my vagina i have i loose piece of skin (about 1 1/2 cm long) and it is some times uncomfortable when i wear my knickers. I am too embarrassed to mention it to my mum but i have looked care fully, and in the loose skin there is lots of little yellow dots/bumps and some are grouped together. I am a very private person and i do not wish to tell anyone, after all it is probably nothing, but i am worried as it looks serious. PLEASE help!

My bp goes up and down, heart rate goes from 45 -64 usually.  Had MRI of lower back with no issues, just compression of C7 now.  Im more worried about the vertebral and carotid artery issue.  Can the readiologist be wrong in his reading?  The neurologist I saw told me that the arteries were all clogged up badly, that was before he read the radiologists report.  So Im worried and dont know who to believe.

Hello MotherShipK,
Are you hypertensive? You should get your blood pressure levels monitored and a ECG done to study the electrical activity of the heart. It probably seems that the symptoms are neurological and you need to go in for a MRI of the whole spine to rule out nerve compression or stenosis or degeneration leading to pins ,needles and heaviness of the legs.
