I am having a hard time getting a answer to what is wrong. I have very bad cramps in my right leg with pain going down it at times, it take me any where from 20min to 45min to have a bm with excessive antra abdominal pressure at times, loss of sensation to rectum , numbness of vulva to touch, labia mojora, minora, introitus, and around the urethra, the perine...Please help
I had my sugar levels checked No signs of diabetes also my toes fan out on my right side.

I would suggest you to get your blood sugar levels checked. Diabetes can cause peripheral neuropathy which can result in numbness in different parts of the body. Please consult your PCP about it. Take care!
