C3-4 Mild to moderate disc osteophyte complexes present at the central right paracentral regions with effacement of the thecal sac and slight impression upon the ventral cord. Minimal canal narrowing present. No significant foraminal narrowing.
C4-5 Small disc osteophyte complex is present. Bilateral uncinate arthrosis is narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and slightly impressing upon the exiting nerve roots, left greater than right.
C5-6 Central right paracentral disc protrusion is present without any significant canal narrowing. Right neural foraminal narrowing is caused mainly by uncinate arthrosis. There is minimal impression upon the right exiting nerve root anteriorly.
