MS and lesions

sorry....short version, I am at work and dont want to get caught!!
For 10 years I have had symptoms of MS ....starting with Pain/Numbness entire left side of body, went to many Dr's no one could figure it out, recently have had major fatigue and very off-balance - 6 months now and also still having pain/numbness which goes from one side of body to the other (never at the same time) have low b-12, took supplements made it get a little better not completely. recenly had 3rd MRI of brain (1st 2 were about 5 and 3 years ago) no lesions.....this time MRI report says
"1.00MM focus of Non-Specific high signal in the white matter  in the frontal parietal lobe"
Can someone please tell me what this means?? and could I have MS????
